Beach Hop 25, Onemana, Friday March 28, 2025

Day three of Repco Beach Hop 25 featured the long-time favourite Castrol Edge Onemana Thundercruise, which took around two hours for the last car to arrive from Whangamata and park up. The road in to the beach was awash with public and hot rodders with their cars, there just to watch the cruise. The reserves were pretty full again this year, and there were bands, trade stands, and drag car fire-ups. The trip back to Whangamata was one big traffic jam, but impressive to see. (Kerry Keeys pics)
